Lisbon and Faro Airport
Faro Airport — Vehicle Pick-up
Upon arrival at Faro Airport, please proceed to the Meeting Point at Park 4, where you will find the Epi Rent a Car flag and the shuttle service sign. Our driver will be waiting for you to escort you to our office. Although our office is located a short distance from the airport, we provide a shuttle service to ensure a more comfortable and efficient experience from the moment of your arrival.
Faro Airport — Vehicle Drop-off
The return must be made at our Faro office at the agreed time. We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes before the time you wish to be at the airport to ensure a smooth return.
Lisbon Airport: Pick-up and Drop-off
Upon arrival at Lisbon Airport, proceed to the Meeting Point located in the Arrivals Hall, next to the Vodafone store. An Epi Rent a Car representative will meet you and accompany you to our free shuttle service, which will transport you to the office, just 5 to 7 minutes from the airport. To return the vehicle, you should go to our Lisbon office at the previously agreed time. We recommend arriving 30 to 40 minutes before the time you wish to be at the airport, ensuring a smooth transfer without delays.
