Due to shortage of cars will you honor early bookings for the summer?

Always!! Upon confirmation, EPI is proud to be a reliable company that honor their commitments.

In case of and accident or car malfuntion what should we do?

In case of an accident you should contact us and the police immediately. Either an accident or a car malfuntion, we have a 24 hours service phone which you can contact at anytime. We'll replace the vehicle immediately and you'll be able to continue your holidays without worries.

Can I rent a car wherever in Portugal?

We deliver and return cars in all Algarve territory as well as Lisbon, Oporto and Faro Airports.

How do you make the service faster than other car rental Companies?

Due to our logistic and professional skills.

Being so cheap can you guaranty a good quality service?

We may not be the cheapest, but as good as you can get for a reasonable price. Fast, friendly and very professional, and the cars are in perfect conditions... We manage well the balance between "value for the money"! It's all about the 1st class service we provide (24/7 assistence and reliable cars).

What type of cars do you rent?

We rent all type of cars, from 4 to 9 passengers and cargo vans. We also rent automatic gearbox cars. Please check out "Fleet Guide" clicking on the top menu inbound-link.

If I have a package policy on my car at home do I need any extra insurance when I rent?

No. In the event of an accident of your responsability, if you´re charged for it,  you will be refunded by your package policy.

Are prices in pounds or euros?

All prices published in this site are in Euros. We also accept English Pounds, US Dollars and Canadian Dollars. We'll apply the daily Exchange rates conversion.

Can I drive over into Spain?

Yes, once you purchase the Green Card for Spain.

Is it possible to hire a car from Oporto or Lisbon and return it to Faro?

Yes, however there will be an extra drop-off fee charge. This fee is automatically added to your booking.

 

 

Do all of your cars have air conditioning as standard

Yes, all the vehicles we rent have air conditioning as standard.

Can cars go into spain & what are the arrangements regarding breakdowns & insurance

Cars are allowed to go to Spain but there is and additional insurance (Green Card for Spain) to be purchased. This additional insurance activates the travel assistence outside Portugal. Tires, lost keys, fuel mistakes, clutch and steering wheel box not included.
